These terms govern registration for Sideline Imagery photography coverage, booking communications, and related customer support.

Bookings and Registrations

You are responsible for submitting accurate event, athlete/player, team, contact, and payment-related information when registering for coverage. Submission of a registration does not guarantee coverage until the booking is accepted and any required payment terms are satisfied.

Photography Services

Sideline Imagery provides sports and event photography coverage based on event availability, schedule, venue access, weather, and operational conditions.

SMS Terms:

By checking the SMS consent box during registration or booking, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sideline Imagery regarding photography registrations, booking confirmations, event updates, schedule changes, weather updates, gallery delivery notifications, payment/account notifications, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Payments and Accounts

Payment amounts, due dates, refunds, and delivery details may vary by event or package. Any payment-related notices are provided for account, registration, or support purposes.
